Assists in preparing the operating/procedure rooms, as needed. Documents duration of radiation and results of tests/examinations in patient's chart.  Responsibilities: Instructs and prepares patients for radiographic/fluoroscopic examinations. Accurately performs radiological exams to department standards including technique, positioning, protocols and administration of contrast material. Assures quality of images presented to radiologist for interpretation and consults with doctor to obtain optimum quality. Follows protocols and participates in quality control programs, when appropriate.
