Job Overview Camp Ten Trees seeks an Executive Director to lead the total operations of a radically inclusive justice-based summer camp for LGBTQ+ youth and youth from LGBTQ+ families. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced camp director or nonprofit leader to guide the strategic growth and development of this small but well-established organization. The Camp Ten Trees Executive Director's role is to uphold and implement the organization’s Mission, Values, and Commitment to Social Justice. The Executive Director is ultimately responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of the organization's infrastructure, fundraising, finances, year-round programming, and supervision of paid staff.
