Overview: The Women and Children�s Healthcare (WCH) Float Pool RN will provide direct patient care and support to the patients in the following care areas; Pediatrics, PICU, RNICU, Post-Partum (Mother and Baby) and support roles in Labor and Delivery. As a member of the Women�s and Children�s Health Float Pool, it is expected that the RN will strive to achieve the highest standards of excellence every day, demonstrating: Exemplary Covenant Values, Outstanding Clinical Skills, and Amazing Flexibility.
