Job description Poughkeepsie law firm is seeking a paralegal with experience in transactional work (particularly commercial lending) and real estate. _*Responsibilities:*_ * Assist with the drafting and review of residential and commercial real estate contracts of sale, leases, deeds, settlement statements and other closing documents. Review title reports, municipal searches and other diligence relevant to real estate closings. Must have familiarity with County Clerk recording requirements and Westchester PREP recording system.
