Position Summary:  Serve as a primary source for customer service for our patients while providing customer satisfaction. Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls. Follow established guidelines to receive and answer patient questions, comments, or complaints. Obtains patient demographic, insurance, and Guarantor information required to ensure that the accounts are accurate and complete. Research and distribution of incoming patient mail, correspondence and respond to phone and written inquiries from patients, insurance companies, third party payers and other entities. Demonstrate a positive demeanor, good verbal and written communication skills, and must be professional in approach.
