Description: JOB TITLE: Accounting Advisor STATUS: Non-Exempt/Hourly TYPE: On-Campus REPORTS TO: Regional Student Accounts Manager PURPOSE The Accounting Department is central to the fiscal performance of the Campus and is responsible for maintaining the overall health of all student accounts. This may include, but is not limited to, ensuring all student accounts are up-to-date, students are in good financial standing, any changes to a student’s account are communicated to the appropriate staff member(s), and all transactions have been correctly recorded in a timely fashion. The Accounting Advisor will work closely with the Campus’ Financial Aid and Admissions departments on current and new student accounts. The Accounting Advisor will also report to the Campus Director on the overall financial performance of the Campus.
