The Department Supervisor 2 is responsible for ensuring all safety, warehouse, and department standards are met by directing and training associates within their department. P erform all administrative duties including reviews, coaching, and daily workload planning. This is an hourly position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plans and directs associates for task completion. Trains new associates on job tasks and job knowledge in the department. Assists associates in completing their job tasks. Leads pre-shift meetings under the direction of management. Organizes department safety stretches routine. Completes the same tasks as associates in their department. Prepares reviews under the direction of management. Administers coaching and disciplinary action to associates under the direction of management. Plans and prepares the department for daily goals to be achieved.
