Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies. Manage contract billing, change orders, and retention tracking. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and tax filings. Monitor cash flow and provide forecasting support. Supervise and mentor accounting staff. Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting procedures.
