The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, including real estate purchase and sale agreements, leasing , financing options, special purpose and serial entity formation, operating and limited partnership agreements. Tasks may include some real estate disputes. Demonstrable knowledge of entity taxation and corporate governance models area a plus.
