Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the User Support Specialist II (EMS Technology Support Division) is to support the Medical Coordination Center end-user community in the effective access and use of University Hospital information resources and compliance with infrastructure and operating standards. He/she will be responsible for assisting the Manager IST with all of the technology needs, equipment and related processes for the Medical Coordination Center. He/she will also perform other assigned duties to support efficient EMS operations and represent University Hospital’s Medical Coordination Center and EMS in a positive and professional manner.
