Overview About the Role The primary purpose of the Lead Retail Services Worker position is to assist the Retail Services Management Team in serving as a representative for the front-of-the-house activities; coordinates, performs, and monitors operations to maintain standards and meet financial goals; completes cash/charge revenue reporting, trains staff, and enhances customer satisfaction.
