Overview About the Role Under the direction of IST Management, the User Support Specialist II (Network Services) is responsible for maintaining and supporting the University Hospital LAN/WAN environment. This role provides network infrastructure support, incident management, and problem resolution while assisting with the implementation of new networking technologies. The specialist ensures network stability, security, and efficiency in accordance with hospital policies and industry best practices.
