Responsibilities Under the direction of the Assistant Manager Business Services, schedules, coordinates and oversees performance and general operation of hospital Switchboard Services. Supervises staff and manages daily activities. Qualifications Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor Degree preferred. At least three (3) years of experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment required. Prior lead/supervisory experience preferred.
