You would report to the Managing Partner and responsibilities include but are not limited to: potential client consults, drafting of court pleadings, extensive client contact, drafting of correspondence and discovery, document review, preparation for and attendance at depositions, court appearances, trials and all other aspects of domestic relations litigation.
