Responsibilities:
Position Summary: The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist is responsible for professionally responding to and interfacing directly with customer service calls from established accounts, including customer inquiries with orders/deliveries, AR/AP balance issues, fulfilling orders and addressing special requests. This role also involves managing various account-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. Position Responsibilities: Handle all Customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, with a Customer First mentality, in both English and Spanish. Make outbound calls for issue resolution, customer follow-up, and communication. Handle all accounts receivable/accounts payable (AR/AP) customer payment and account obstacles, ensuring timely resolution. Manage internal field representative payment clearing processes.
