Responsibilities:
Position Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the AR and Credit & Collections teams (Internal and outsourced) Develop, implement, and maintain policies/procedures/processes with internal support teams Measure departmental and individual performance, and report key accomplishments/concerns to internal stakeholders Conduct monthly credit risk meetings with Finance to review current AR position relative to risk reserves and recommend adjustments when needed Understand the billing processes to provide guidance to customers and the Sales/Pricing/Operations teams Other projects or duties as assigned
