This highly profitable growth company is experiencing accelerated growth so they are hiring an attorney to focus on their contracts with clients and sub-contractors. In this position, you will report to the President while working closely with clients, the client’s attorney, subcontractors, vendors, joint venture partners, and outside counsel if needed.
