House Supervisor-Nursing Operations GENERAL SUMMARY: Provides hospital-wide coordination of essential functions that include patient placement, resource/staffing allocation and adjustment, staff supervision, emergency/disaster coordination, and administrative liaison in collaboration with the Leadership Team. Responsible for operations in the absence of higher leadership. Contacts leadership at any level for advice, updates, or to summon on-site assistance. Adjusts staff members for high census or emergency/disaster situations, and dismisses/reschedules scheduled staff based on objective and subjective assessments of the various areas' needs and their budgeted staff requirements.
