Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4pm
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee payroll records.
Verify all payroll deductions in reference to health, dental, insurance, and Club 100, etc., by working with the Human Resources (HR) Department.
Review the “Approved Time Entries” report weekly.
Review vacation, sick, personal, and compassionate days.
Process payroll biweekly.
Make payroll adjustments biweekly.
Prepare and electronically transmit 403B payments/wage garnishments.
Stay informed on Department of Labor (DOL) rulings and ensure that the agency maintains compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations and reporting.
Maintain a positive relationship with the outside payroll company.
Communicate effectively with a variety of community agencies, businesses, and members, verbally or in writing.
