Revenue Cycle Liaison-Bryan Physician Network GENERAL SUMMARY: Supports Revenue Cycle leadership including Patient Access leadership through proactive follow-up, rounding, and direct collaboration with BPN Practice Managers to ensure seamless and highquality interactions between the Revenue Cycle team and clinic operations. Serves as the primary point of contact for practice managers, providing clear interpretation of revenue cycle processes—including billing, coding, cash posting, and follow-up—and addressing patient concerns when escalated.
