Position Summary: Essential Job Functions: Production & Operations • Lead and manage all production activities ensuring consistent performance and handover between crews. • Achieve production targets related to output, efficiency, scrap, and on-time delivery. • Optimize press utilization, cycle times, and labor allocation for high-volume tote production. • Coordinate production scheduling and sequencing to meet customer demand while minimizing WIP and downtime. • Support mold changes and setups, ensuring adherence to standardized processes and SMED principles.
