Overview:
It is the responsibility of the Valet Attendant to park and retrieve guest vehicles while performing a high level of customer service. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities:
Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Valet Parking Department. Provide positive service standards including but not limited to courtesy, sincerity and enthusiasm to all guests and patrons of the hotel. Park and retrieve all guests and patrons cars using care and caution at all times, following all departmental rules and regulations as well as driving safety rules.
