Team Lead - Adult Services Job Summary: Provide supervision and mentoring for clinical staff and administrative oversight of one of the Laconia Adult Services multidisciplinary treatment team, while collaborating and communicating with community partners on program monitoring and development. Provide assessment, individual, family and group therapy, and crisis intervention to patients. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Facilitates team meetings in collaboration with the team Prescriber, promotes team cooperation and integration to create effective team functioning and communication and stimulate team growth.
