Lead Radiation Therapist - Radiation Oncology Under the direction of the Director of the Cancer Center and clinical direction of the radiation oncologists, coordinates and supervises the overall function of the Radiation Oncology Department. Supervises radiation therapy clinical spaces and workflow including radiation therapy operations within simulation and treatment room. Assists in optimizing patient flow through the department by coordinating inpatient and outpatient scheduling with other modalities and departments including transportation. In collaboration with the Department leadership, and the clinical staff, develops and enhances of appropriate therapist workflows associated with planning, quality assurance, safety, and protocol development.
