Human Resources Specialist Job Summary: The HR Specialist will be responsible for driving and supporting the full employee lifecycle, which may include activities such as performance management administration, HRIS support, onboarding and recruiting, for NorthStar Care Community (NSCC) employees. Essential Functions: Actively updates and maintains the organization’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This includes establishing workflows, updating onboarding experiences, and generating reports as needed for HR metrics and analytics. Oversees the performance management process, including annual evaluations, orientation reviews, and annual goals; ensures timely completion of tasks through reporting. Assists managers with goal setting, performance improvement paths, and feedback processes. Ensures accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records.
