Overview: The Corporate Implementation Superuser is the primary Superuser and point of contact on Implementation projects. This position participates in the entire Implementation lifecycle of the assigned project; this includes reviewing Design, participating in UAT, identifying operational or performance risks, submitting change requests, leading operational support employees during go-live, ensuring compliance to the process, supporting go live, and participating in the retrospect.
