Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s D egree and 10 plus years of related experience with 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education D egree with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s Degree
