Overview: The Physician Practice Manager I manages the small group outpatient practice and is responsible for ensuring patients receive high-quality care and the practice runs efficiently and effectively. The Physician Practice Manager I monitors, directs and oversees office daily activities for patient and workforce leadership while maintaining confidentiality, and adheres to policies and procedures. The Physician Practice Manager I reports to Director of Primary Care and works closely to collaborate with Human Resources for support.
