SCOPE OF POSITION: Reporting direct to the Director of Operations is responsible for managing day to day store operations and supervisory/management staff. Direct reports include: Assistant Store Mgrs., MOD's, Department Heads, Pricing Coordinator, and Receiving Clerk. May directly perform duties/functions performed by direct reports when required. BASIC FUNCTION: Effectively/efficiently manage, direct, coordinate all phases of store operations to obtain/maintain optimal sales and meet targeted projections/goals through effective utilization of facilities, resources and personnel. Promotes and maintains positive customer, community and employee relations. Maintains high standards of employee morale and promotes team cooperation.
