The ideal Payroll Coordinator is  motivated, proactive, and customer service oriented and is looking for an exciting opportunity. Experience with UKG (Kronos) Workforce Ready is a plus and ADP Workforce Now is a plus.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to: UKG system updates, maintenance, corrections, troubleshooting for payroll profiles and calculations. Understanding of Accruals, system maintenance and policies. Accrual audits and maintenance. Calculate and process PTO payouts as needed. Account reconciliations, union CBA billing.
