The Plant Human Resources Generalist is responsible for delivering and administering recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee training programs for a manufacturing facility in Hamilton, Ohio. This role focuses on executing day-to-day HR operations, supporting production staffing needs, ensuring accurate payroll processing, administering employee benefits, and delivering hands-on training on the plant floor.
