JOB SUMMARY The Production Worker at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for supporting all food service roles and needs to provide timely, safe, and quality food service. This includes food preparation, food merchandising, trayline management, inventory management, cash register management, and sanitation. This role engages strong communication and organizational skills to interface effectively internally and externally, to complete tasks with efficient use of time, budget, and resources, and to fulfill department operational activities and needs while ensuring a safe, compliant, and quality food service experience.
