Overview: The Distribution SuperUser (Local) is responsible for local/account-specific support and reports into an operational P&L with a dotted line into the corporate deployment team. This position will receive direction on support needs, how to troubleshoot, and work prioritization from the regional superuser; however, this role reports to the site management and can receive day-to-day instruction from local management.
