Reports to the Director of Finance. Under general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, is responsible for developing financial/physician compensation/revenue cycle reports, analyzing financial data, identifying opportunities and recommending action plans for revenue enhancement and cost containment, and supporting BMG management with data needs. Plays a key and integral role working closely with the Director on innovative and special projects. Uses professional accounting and computer skills to develop, distribute, and provide data-based decision support to management.
