Overview: This position serves to facilitate efficient and frictionless access, query, interaction, and data entry of a physician to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and affiliated/associated patient data repositories including patient imaging and linked technologies. Much as EHRs have evolved to provide far greater reach than a handwritten note, scribe functionality is expected to function outside that of a "human typewriter."
