This role ensures the development and implementation of fair, consistent, and legally compliant employee relations strategies, policies, and practices that align with UF Health's mission, values, and strategic goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or related field required. Master's degree or JD preferred.
