Description:    POSITION SUMMARY The Contracts & Compliance Manager oversees the full lifecycle of federal, state, and commercial construction contracts while ensuring strict compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role provides critical support in contract negotiation, administration, and risk management, and serves as a key liaison between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
