Role Overview:
The Field Support Engineer provides technical support to sales teams, channel partners, and end-usercustomers across Brother solutions. This role supports customer engagements by assisting with printersolution design, technical evaluations, and the deployment of mobile thermal printing solutions that alignwith customer requirements and business needs. Working closely with sales teams, this position helpsidentify solution fit, supports upsell opportunities, and contributes to successful deal execution across keyverticals including Auto ID, Retail, Public Safety, and Manufacturing. Providing guidance and educatinginternal and external customers, on product and it’s capabilities.
