Overview: The Warehouse Operations Manager I is responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse with particular emphasis on the management of the warehouse personnel and the implementation of warehouse action plans. This role manages a warehouse that totals between 100,000 and 500,000 sq. ft. The tracking and recording of equipment hours, assurance that equipment maintenance schedules are followed and employee meetings are conducted. This position reports to the General Manager of the Distribution Center. Overview: The Forklift Operator II is responsible for operating material handling equipment for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking and counting merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the forklift and may also be required to perform order filler or order checker duties in addition to his or her own. This position is responsible for operating multiple types of forklift equipment and ability to operate within a rack warehouse environment. Forklift operator needs to be able to operate sit-down/standup, clamp, cherry and reach equipment. Forklift certification required on at least 3 pieces of equipment.
