Description:    Summary:     The CSR / Purchasing Agent supports customers and production in an injection molding environment. Responsibilities include order management and customer communication, materials procurement (resin, colorants, additives, packaging), vendor coordination, and documentation control to ensure on-time production and shipment. This role collaborates closely with Scheduling, Quality, Engineering, and Shipping to maintain material readiness and service levels.
