Our Opportunity The Crossroads Center is seeking a collaborative and compassionate Clinical Manager, Behavioral Health  to plan, direct, and oversee the administrative and clinical operations of our programs, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. The  Clinical Manager, Behavioral Health provides support, coaching, mentoring, input, training, and direction for the daily provision of clinical services based upon evidence-based practices for clients participating in services at The Crossroads Center (TCC).  This includes residential services, outpatient services, medication-assisted treatment, office-based opioid treatment, and/or intensive outpatient services, outpatient group services, and aftercare services.
