Overview: Job Purpose The Associate Counsel position will be responsible for assisting the ICE Clear Credit General Counsel with legal and regulatory matters such as corporate governance, maintenance of rules, policies and procedures, communication with Clearing Participants and filings with regulators. Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Conscientious organizational skills and careful attention to detail are essential.
