Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Financial Controller with an understanding of Yardi Voyager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and reporting of our real estate properties, as well as collaborating with our external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations. Specifically, you will be tasked with using Yardi Voyager/Elevate to perform CAM and bank reconciliations, create asset schedules, close the books, and manage budgeting/forecasting.   The Real Estate Controller is responsible for overseeing the preparation of financial statements, statistical data, and journal entries for input into the general ledger for financial reporting purposes.
