Description: Job Summary This position in the Occupational License Division provides excellent customer service as the first point of contact for taxpayers. It involves a range of responsibilities related to the collection of occupational license fees, net profit taxes, and business license fees. The primary function is to establish and maintain tax records for occupational tax collection while educating taxpayers about their obligations. Additionally, this role includes cross-training in all aspects of the occupational license department to serve as backup support when regular staff members are occupied or unavailable.
