JOB SUMMARY Develops and implements treatment plans for patients with varying disabilities; works as part of a multidisciplinary team providing quality healthcare to all patients in accordance with the principle of ethics and code of professional conduct. Works under the supervision of the Program Coordinator of Erie/Niagara Counties and the Director of Housing and Peer Services for Recovery Options Made Easy.
