About UniUni About the role The HR SSC Specialist is a key member of the HR team, responsible for managing employee data, personnel files, reports, and related employee shared services functions. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and ensures all administrative processes—from onboarding to terminations—are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and compliance. This is a on-site position requiring a proactive professional who can balance tactical tasks with data-driven reporting. What you'll do 1. Employee Lifecycle & Data Management Transaction Management: Execute and audit all HRIS transactions including Hires, Terminations, Leaves of Absence (LOA), Compensation changes, Promotions, and Organizational updates.
