Reporting to the CEO for executive support and board liaison functions, and to the Director of Finance & Operations for office administration and operational matters, the Executive Assistant / Office Manager serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the office of the CEO and the day-to-day operations of MCF. This role is central to ensuring MCF runs smoothly, professionally, and consistently with its promises. The Executive Assistant / Office Manager works with highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion, thrives in a small entrepreneurial environment, and exercises sound judgment in situations related to donor issues, governance, and financial matters.

Responsibilities The Certified Surgical Tech First Assistant (CSTFA) works as a member of the perioperative team under the direction of the surgeon. He/she performs responsibilities of both the Surgical Technologist and the Surgical First Assistant based on department needs and as directed by the department leadership. The CSTFA practices within the scope of the job description and performs clinical and technical skills under surgeon supervision to assist with carrying out a safe operation with optimal patient results. The CSTFA is educated and skilled in both the handling and use of surgical instruments on tissues.  The CSTFA does not concurrently function as the scrub nurse.    Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times.
