Clinical Staff Pharmacist (Emergency Department) Position Summary This position provides integrated clinical pharmacy support and medication distribution services through a blended role, with approximately 50% of each shift spent in the central hospital pharmacy and 50% in the Emergency Department. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist collaborates with medical staff, nursing, and ancillary services to ensure the safe, effective, and cost-effective use of medications across patient care settings. Responsibilities include clinical consultation, medication verification and distribution, pharmacokinetic and therapeutic monitoring, transitions of care, participation in emergency code responses, patient interaction, and documentation of clinical interventions.
