Hiring for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Bel Air, MD. Once in a while, may need to travel througout Hartford County but primarily on-site in the Bel Air office.  Schedule:  Fulltime, make your own hours as long as it’s 40 hours a week! No nights, some on-call required if something comes up but after hours are very rare and weekend on-call is shared with other BCBAs.  Salary:  $80-90k (Based on experience) Caseload is about 18 individuals, spread between Hartford County for both their residential and day programs.
