Overview: Job Purpose Product Operations Management is focused on providing the day-to-day support needed to ensure our delivery products are dependable, reliable, and contain accurate and high-quality data.  As part of the larger Product Operations team, we have responsibility for the successful management and configuration capabilities of contracted content and technology.    Responsibilities Daily Production & Support Ensure delivery products and services are released on-time with accurate data. Manage and remediate production issues to minimize client impact, coordinate client notifications with Client Service. Participate in postmortem reviews following major production incidents, track and close out key remediation actions.
